Rather pointless, but whatever.

I'm thinking of posting some of the papers I wrote for English last year, if only to make up for the lack of posts for the past eons. What do you guys think? :)

Although I admit that even if nobody answers or cares, I would still post them here anyway. haha.
So yeah, on another note, THE SUMMER TERM IS OVER! And I still have three weeks to bum ( Read more... )

School starts on the 16'th--or 17'th, whatever. The 16'th falls on a Wednesday though, and by the way things are going it appears as though I wouldn't be having classes on Wednesdays, so school would most likely begin on the 17'th. :))

Come to think of it, Deathly Hallows is the only HP book I haven't read more than once either. :))

You've been mentioning a lot about that Percy Jackson series thing--would you recommend that for me?

No classes on Wednesdays? Why? :O

It was weird, there was some stuff I don't remember reading about last time. But it was still purely awesome. :D

Yeah, you might like it. :) I enjoyed Rick Riordan's writing style--not too simple, not too much slang. The plot isn't predictable, and there are plenty of twists to go around to keep it interesting. The dialogue was very entertaining as well. That part, I think you would be able to relate to. :)) Check it out. :)

At our school, there are only a few classes scheduled on Wednesdays. The only reason I had Wednesday classes last year was NSTP, and now that NSTP is done and I didn't schedule a class on a Wednesday, I'm free!

I guess the reason why I never got to read Deathly Hallows for the second time is because the feeling of anticipation for another HP book is no longer there. The only time I would read an HP book for the second time is when another one is due to be released, to refresh my memory. But since Deathly Hallows is the last one, what's the use? :|

I will. :D

Oh. So that's the advantage of making your own schedule. :))

I suppose you've got a point. But I guess I like going back to enjoy the books individually at first, then reviewing how they all fit together till the end. It's been an enjoyable experience each time. :) Yes, I am a Potterhead.

Yay. :D Tell me what you think of it once you're done. :)

Better to be a Potterhead than to be a Twi-hard (Twi-tard.) :))

Why, yes. Yes she is. :D We're both big fans. We'll be watching Deathly Hallows together when it hits theaters this November. :)
