wow, i could not agree with you more! our stupid ER "doctors" are pieces of shit. yeah, our volunteer EMT people mean well, but it took them like an hour to get to my sister's house the night Robby died as well...anywhere else they are all about serving the patient. here, it's like if u don't have the best insurance they couldn't care if u lived or died.
