So after slogging my guts out for 2.5 years, after taking on more responsibility than everyone else and working twice as hard as most other operators.....after stepping up to be Team Leader whenever things are screwed and they need rescuing

Thankless bastard! I had a asshole for a boss two jobs ago, and SO appreciate my current boss because he talks to me about stuff as it comes up, and has great respect for the effort that I put in.

Maybe time for a job change? Or do you like the work so much that you will put up with being treated like this? You deserve better.
