No reason given, obviously they can't afford it. Which leaves English-speaking players with two possible courses - either another company or Ntreev themselves take over the running of the A18 servers, or you go to Pangya EU and start from scratch.
Of course they try to tempt us to try their other games which were never as good, and besides, turn-based is the only way to have an online contest work perfectly - lag isn't an issue, unlike in FPSs or MMORPGs.
