jackpot!
So. I just got home from Hawaii on Friday. It was one of the best weeks of my life. I made some really good friends, got a nice tan, sort of came over my fear of flying, became reaquainted with my love of alcohol, and got beat up. And most importantly, got an internship offer for an environmental engineering firm in Honolulu for next summer. ( Read more... )

I feel like I have a "big girl" job. I work midnights and during the day I like to sleep in. It's so hard for me to go out & party when I work the next day. But you'll always have those few people that love you anyway. When Jen & Ash come home I try to drop everything for them but it's so hard because I can't just call off work - ya know. But ANYWAYS to make a long story short - the people that don't acknowledge your existance or go out of their way to hang with you - aren't worth it anyway.
