The JW Marriot can kiss my ass! I swear to god! I went to check my bank account to make sure that everything was on the up and up. Well there were 4 chargeds from the hotel! FOUR!!!!!!!! There should only be two! But not there are four and the two that shouldn't be on there are for $67.72 and $25.00. That's almost $100!!!!!! My god what a pain in ( Read more... )

So not cool. I hate it when hotels mess up like that, it can be a pain to work with their billing staff. Your icon is right on.

Ack! I know what you mean. I had a charge of over $100 for our room, but now that the action when through it's correct at $67 or something like that. Are they going to do anything for you like comp something?

Grr!! Our experience wasn't any better. They jacked up our room prices to 199$ per night and the end total was outrageous, then they 'forgot' to charge of our credit cards leaving us with a huge unpaid amount. It took a good hour and a half to straighten out WITH the help of management. Very sad for such a huge hotel.

I totally feel your pain.
