Hmm, I second what Carrie said, and also I guess would add the following: It's going to take some serious time before you're actually all better. I think it's stellar that you're doing so very very well, but I also think it's surprisingly soon for this to be the case. So in that regard it makes sense that you're system is flipping out periodically as it deals with all of this.

I like Carrie's idea of venting your emotions. For me, sometimes a super good cry can work wonders. Just wallowing in it, really letting your brain go there so that it gets it out of its system. And then, when you're all cried out and feeling like a husk, THAT'S when you remind yourself of how good life is. So that you don't stay wallowy. Call or email or gchat me if you need to.

Like nuge said, I think you should go see a doctor, just to be sure. I mean, it's possible you just need a good cry and some time to get over this 100%, but it might be something unrelated that you should fix now!

I hope the panic attacks stop soon!

Sending good thoughts across the ocean, m'dear. If you need to send off an email - I'm here to be a sounding board. Try to cut yourself a bit of slack, though - panic is difficult (impossible?) to rationalize.
