So everyone, I’m not doing so well. I thought I was doing well, one may even say pretty damn good, really looking forward to my future as a singe person who has this whole bright future ahead of her, going anywhere and doing anything, and I still am, but I find that I’m also having panic attacks. I like Carrie's idea of venting your emotions. For me, sometimes a super good cry can work wonders. Just wallowing in it, really letting your brain go there so that it gets it out of its system. And then, when you're all cried out and feeling like a husk, THAT'S when you remind yourself of how good life is. So that you don't stay wallowy. Call or email or gchat me if you need to.
