I'll start by saying that I pledge to post hopefully two to three times per week.  This is so low because tomorrow I’m going to Turkey!  Hopefully when I get back it will increase… but there'll be at least 2 posts most weeks.  Feel free to pester me if I don’t come through on that.

Also, I have a feeling the vegetarian gods will feel that having eaten the chicken dessert is punishment enough.

I am so intrigued. I need a full report on the merits of the TDDS scale. Will you ever find satisfaction in non-Turkish desserts after this?!
