I think his wife is a little jealous that he doesn't seem quite so enamored with her and the baby she's growing... She's only barely showing, though, so I'm hoping that he'll get his head out of the horses as her pregnancy progresses and he can start

I find that most father's to be have difficulties getting excited until the later months of pregnancy where they can clearly see and sometimes feel the baby growing. Some idiots even need until the actual birth and they hold their child for the first time to really feel like a father and properly excited. Hopefully his lovely wife doesn't feel too offended if he's concentrated on horses for a bit longer. Your foals are a gorgeous and charming pair after all.

And does this mean I'll no longer be able to best you at fencing ^____~
