Ok, so this goes out to anyone I might have missed in person or via aim or something. But, my birthday is coming up, and I'm having a gathering on saturday. i will try to stop by. i believe i work til 9, but sometime later then.

and yea, def get into exercising. i didn't really believe my one counselor when she told me exercise would help me not be so depressed, but now riding my bike so much keeps me pretty happy. i know we're not super close but if you ever need to talk i'm here, cuz i've been/am still there.

Yah, I think the main thing about exercise is that it helps release endorphins which help make you happier. Whence I stop having insomnia and sleep normally again, I'm going to try really hard to get into a decent routine. That's pretty much the hardest part is getting into that damn routine!

Anyways, I would appreciate that :D, but hopefully this herbal stuff and when I finally get into that routine, I wont be depressed bear anymore.

I don't really have much planned for my birthday, just hang outs with kids. The main thing I want to do is white russians with Big Lebowski, because it's so much fun!

i'd actually say the first day isn't too bad cuz you're like "yea alright i'm gonna do this." its the day after, when you gotta do it again, that sucks haha

sleeping too much can just make you give into depression, as ive found out in the past. so thats why exercise helps.

anyhow, we didnt get the hostel rooms in time and now the hostel is free, meaning dan and i can come sat.

Yeah, I think over-sleeping and insomnia are both side-effects of being depressed which makes it all the harder to get motivated to exercise. I'm going to whore me some caffeine and then try and get into a decent routine and not have something bad happen to ruin said routine!

Well, sucks you guys couldn't get into your hostel, but on the upside, hooray for hangouts!
