Who: Karl, Billy, Elijah
What: Catching up and being silly.
When: BACKDATED Saturday, 27 November, 2004
Where: Karl & Billy's flat in Manchester

Elijah: *I grab a taxi to the address I have listed for Karl and Billy. Pulling up front, I hand the guy some money and bounce up to the door, ringing the bell annoyingly and loudly.*

Karl: You expecting anyone? *I prod Billy where he leans against me on the sofa before rousing myself to go answer it*

Billy: *I look up at you as I hear the bell ring and as you prod me. I just shake my head and stare at you blankly.* Nope, no one. I ordered a call boy a month ago, but he never turned up.

Karl: *I raise a brow* Well maybe today is your lucky day then. *I grin as I go to the door and throw it open to find Elijah on the doorstep. I gape in surprise for a second before grinning and yelling over my shoulder* Yep, he finally arrived! *I laugh, pulling Elijah in the door*

Elijah: *I laugh as I'm pulled inside* Hey! Your friendly neighborhood Yank has arrived!

Billy: *I stand up from the couch and bounce to the door. I grin widely as I spot Elijah* The call boy is here! *I exclaim loudly as I hug Elijah*

Elijah: Oy! *I laugh, hugging you back tightly* What did you call me?

Karl: I believe he called you a call boy. *I snicker, slapping you on the back in greeting* What are you doing here anyway?

Billy: A call boy that needed a whole month to turn up. *I laugh as we go inside and into the living room*

Elijah: Call boy my ass. *I laugh, being led inside and plopping down on one of the comfy spots.* I was in the neighborhood, thought I'd stop by.

Karl: You just 'dropped by' from the States? *I laugh, shaking my head slightly* Not that it's not good to see you of course. *I add* Can I get you something to drink? Or eat? You didn't JUST get off the flight did you? *I shut up when I realise I'm rambling*

Billy: *I stare at Karl blankly as I start to wonder if he ever listens to me when I tell him something.* Karl, I've told you that Elijah's mum and Bean have gotten married yesterday, so I guess that might be a reason for him to be in the UK.

Elijah: *I shake my head, laughing* Yeah, what he said. And since Dom's visiting his parents, I thought I'd drop Hannah off there and come visit you two.

Karl: Oh, yeah. *I murmur* I guess the shock of that one swept it out of my mind. *I smile as I look at Elijah* So Bean is your stepdad now huh? Must be a bit... weird.

Elijah: It is. I'm still trying to get used to the fact that my mom and Bean are together. Like that. *I fake a gagging face*

Billy: If it makes the old man and your mum happy. Are you calling Bean "dad" now? *I tease, grinning at you*

Elijah: *I give you a real glare* No. My sister has taken to that, though. I'm all for them being happy, but it's still Bean. It's weird.

Karl: *I laugh at your expression* Well, I guess it will take some getting used to. So, how about that drink? Bills, you want one?

Billy: Sure. Drinks are always good and Elijah looks as if he could need one right now. *I grin as I get up to help you with the drinks*

Karl: *I go into the kitchen and pull 3 bottles of beer from the fridge and pop the tops, handing one to Billy before returning to the lounge and passing one to Elijah* Sorry, we're slobs or I'd offer you a glass. *I smile*

Elijah: Heh. 's no problem. Thanks, guys. *I hold the bottle to my lips and take a long drink.*

Billy: *I sip at my beer and wait for Elijah to finish his long drink* So what have you been up to lately?

Elijah: Sitting around the house with my hand down my pants. *I act completely serious, though it's a joke.*

Karl: A great pastime. *I raise my bottle of beer in salute as I take a seat on the floor*

Billy: You must have blisters on your hands by now if that's the only thing you are doing all day. *I grin* And maybe that's why your mum mysteriously got a new couch. I've talked to her when I visited Hannah in LA a while ago.

Elijah: *I start to turn pink in the cheeks* No, that's not why I got the new couch. You didn't see them making out on it. Eep! *I take another drink*

Karl: *I shake my head as I chuckle* Now there's an image I don't really need. *I tease*

Billy: *I just laugh out loud* You, are a dork. *I say to Elijah*

Elijah: Neither did I *I reply to Karl.* I'll take that as a compliment, Bills. *I laugh, replying to Billy.*

Billy: They just made out! Be glad you did not interrupt them doing.. something else. *I grin, trying to suppress a laughter*

Elijah: I'm gonna kill you one of these days, Mr. Boyd. *I say, pointing the beer bottle at you.*

Karl: Hey now. I kinda need him, ya know? *I grin*

Billy: *I get move closer to Karl, looking scared, which is not really working when you can't stop grinning* You will have to kill Karl first I am afraid and he is much bigger than you. *I laugh, then turn to Karl* And what does kinda mean, while we are at it?

Elijah: *I raise an eyebrow at the two of you*

Karl: Hey, at least I came to your defense! *I point out* Don't go hiding behind me either! *I poke you lightly in the ribs*

Elijah: Am I interrupting? *I question teasingly*

Billy: Mh, true. *I give you a quick kiss on the lips before turning back to Elijah* Nope. *I grin*

Elijah: Good. Cause you're stuck with me until Dom's done with my sister, or I go to collect her, whichever comes first.

Billy: So Dom and your sister are still together? Isn't it nice how the while LotR cast slowly becomes your family? *I snort*

Karl: You better stay here a while then or you may well end up 'interrupting' something. *I grin* Oh, we're all one big happy family. We should just have a mass orgy and get over it. *I nod at Billy's words*

Elijah: *I smack my forehead with the palm of my hand.* I so did not want to hear that, Karl.

Karl: The bit about your sister or the orgy? *I ask innocently with a smirk*

Elijah: The orgy, you dumbass. Augh! *I shake my head*

Billy: *I laugh out loud again.* You don't want to have an orgy with us? Karl is really good you know, you would be miss out on something.

Elijah: *I cover my ears with my hands.* Too much information!

Karl: *I laugh as I take a swig of my beer.* Somehow, I think we are scaring him. *I murmur* Better stick to safer subjects.

Elijah: Yes, please. *I bring my hands down slowly and pick up my beer, taking one last drink of it.*

Billy: *I nod.* So how is the weather in LA?

Elijah: *I laugh at the change of subjects.* It's nice, getting chillier. How's the wedding plans coming along? Still fighting over who gets to wear the dress?

Karl: Nope. Billy is and that's the end of the matter. *I nod.* I so don't look good in white and lace. *I keep a straight face as I speak.*

Billy: I am wearing a kilt, Karl has to wear a white long dress. *I say almost in time with Karl.*

Elijah: What about a white feather dress? Better than lace, I hear. *I smirk.*

Billy: *I look at Karl.* That would suit you *I grin widely.*

Karl: Oh yes, because feathers suit me SO much better. *I mutter dryly.* Yes, we are still arguing about the dress. *I say to Elijah.* As you can tell. However, neither of us will be in a dress. Billy will just be in a skirt.

Billy: *I poke you.* It is not a skirt!

Elijah: *I shake my head, laughing loudly.*

Karl: It's a skirt. *I say firmly.* And you won't convince me otherwise! *I turn back to Elijah then.* So are you coming to the wedding?

Billy: *I growl at you but don't say anything. We can discuss that later when I have you tied to the bed and helpless.*

Elijah: I wouldn't miss it for the world. *I grin.*

Karl: Great! Then you can be the bridesmaid and YOU can wear the dress! *I snicker.* I was thinking peach, bo peep style, nice big bow at the back maybe?

Billy: *I crack up laughing, almost spilling some of the beer.*

Elijah: No thank you. Try Craig, or Sala. Who would kill me if this ever left the room. *I snort.*

Billy: I think Craig would be quite fond of wearing a dress.

Karl: I'll let you ask him then. *I say to Billy.* I'll just pick the dress.

Billy: Sure. *I grin at Karl and give him another kiss then turn to Elijah.* See, we perfectly complement each other.

Elijah: You two are quite the pair. That's for sure.

Karl: We'll take that as a compliment. *I nod, wrapping an arm around Billy.*

Billy: I guess we will take that as a compliment. *I say as I notice you empty beer bottle.* You want another one? *I say, nodding towards the bottle.*

Karl: So what else are you up to while you're here? *I ask Elijah.* How long are you staying for anyway?

Elijah: Well... I figured I'd stick around for another day or two, then hang out with Hann in NYC until it's time to fly out to Zid.

Karl: Yep. We'll be leaving shortly. Need to sort a few things out before the day. That is if I can get Billy to pack. *I chuckle.*

Billy: Hey! *I slap Karl playfully.* I actually started to pack but the Kiwi next to me keeps distracting me.

Elijah: You two act like you're married already! *I chuckle, watching the two of you go at it like an old married couple.* What day is the wedding again?

Karl: The fifth. *I say sagely.* The day I lose my independence. *I sigh dramatically.*

Billy: *I nod.* The day you will become my personal slave.

Elijah: *I can't help but snicker at the two of you.* So what you're saying, Bills, is Karl is the bitch, eh?

Billy: Nope, just my slave. *I say matter of factly.*

Karl: *I shake my head at this exchange.* He wishes. *I murmur, downing the rest of my drink.*

Elijah: Oh lord. You two are insane, you know that? *I grin.*

Billy: Mh, we know. I think you could say that we deserve each other.

Karl: *I quirk a brow.* I obviously committed some terrible sins in a previous life. *I laugh softly.*

Billy: *I turn to Karl.* Nope, everything you did in your previous life was perfect that's why someone up there decided to rewarded you with me. *I say, grinning at you.*

Elijah: *I'm about to say something when my cell phone goes off with a text message. I take a quick glance at it before putting the thing back in my pocket.* That's Hannah. She wants me to come fetch her. *I laugh.*

Billy: I think we either scared him or bored him to death and now he is using that alibi excuse to leave already. *I say to Karl.*

Karl: *I nod.* More than likely. We really should post a warning on the door you know. *I grin at you before extricating myself from you and the floor and standing up.* So, I guess we'll see you at the wedding?

Elijah: I'll be there with bells on. *I say with a hearty laugh. I stand up as well, dusting myself off.* It was great to see you two again. Really.

Billy: *I notice you dusting yourself off and stare at our floor, wondering if we forgot to clean the room this week. I then turn back to Elijah.* It was great to see you again. I almost started to miss you, but only almost. *I grin cheekily.*

Elijah: Almost. *I shake my head, laughing.* I'll see you guys in a week or so, then.

Karl: It was good to see you again. *I agree, walking with you to the door.* Look forward to seeing you in warmer climes next week.

Billy: *I finally get up from my place on the floor and join you two at the door.* See you next Sunday then. *I grin widely at Elijah.*

Elijah: Yep. Good luck, old man. *I laugh, reaching out to pat Billy on the shoulder.* You too, Karl.

Billy: Hey! *I growl.*

Karl: Thanks. *I smile, laughing at Billy and wrapping an arm around him, pulling him back against me.* See you next week Lij.

Elijah: See you guys. *I give one last smile before slipping out the door and bounding down the stairs.*

Billy: *I turn around to face you.* Did he just call me old?

Karl: It was an affectionate term. *I pacify you, kissing you softly before closing the door and leading you back to the lounge.*
