I'm still having so much fun re-watching Stargate Atlantis. The last episode I watched was The Siege Part 3. At the end of season 1, I took a moment to feel sorry for those of you who watched that season live, and then had to wait months to find out what happened; that was a mean cliffhanger! Loving those pictures! I think I'm definitely going to have to rewatch SGA again soon! I saw Rodney in an episode of SGU the other week, but it wasn't the same as seeing him with Shep!

Did you enjoy SGU? I only watched the first six or so episodes, and I didn't like it very much, but I'm wondering if I should give it another chance.

I thought SGU had a lot of potential, but that potential mostly remained unfulfilled, even after two seasons (though we still have three episodes to watch in the UK, so it'll be interesting to see how it ends). It never really felt like a Stargate show, to be honest. I liked it, but I never loved it in the way I loved SG1 or SGA.

Worth watching? Yes. If you can turn a blind eye to the fact that it's a different type of show to the old Stargates. Different doesn't necessarily mean bad though, just different (though I would've liked a bit more humour in SGU at times).

Still, after a couple of years, I have grown rather attached to some of the SGU characters. Mostly Eli. I love Eli. I am going to miss him so much when SGU ends! I'm hoping they might make a new Stargate show, using characters from each of the previous shows. I'd choose Eli, Rodney, Ronon, Shep, Vala and Daniel for the new show. That would be a nice mix. Ah, I can but dream! ; D
