it came from a conversation I had with incapricious on the airplane last weekend. We were talking about Merlin (as one does) and about Bradley and Colin in particular and I asked if she preferred one over the other -- along the lines of: "so are you a Bradley girl or a Colin girl?" type of thing.
We determined that neither of us had a particular preference, and I confessed that sometimes I'd be on a Colin kick, then Bradley, and then both, or neither and I summed it up by saying: "basically, I'm just a big whore."
Of course, then I realized that we were ON AN AIRPLANE. With lots of people around us. Who might HEAR THINGS if we didn't use our inside voices. And we're pretty sure I didn't use my inside voice for that one.
