Business Matter vs Personal Matter

For about the past four months my dad and I have been trying to work things out so that Tiffany could buy my old car, giving her a good, reliable set of wheels at a fair price. One thing you might could start doing for her is just keeping an eye and ear out for car offers. If you pass by any used car lots and have time, take a quick meander through them. See if your local grocery stores carry stands of free... uhm, I call'em "trader papers"... they're basically little newspapers full of specific kinds of classifieds - usually dedicated to cars, boats, etc. Toss'em her way if you find any.

I've had 3 used cars thus far... only one of them was a deal I found. The others were someone else's finds.

As for the personal side of the whole issue... *HUGS*

You've got good ideas there. If she hasn't been trying that, I'll see what she thinks. I also know that the local Salvation Army sometimes runs car auctions or sales using donated vehicles. I mentioned it to her once, but the timing was wrong. I suppose a reminder couldn't hurt.

Oh, and thanks for the hug. I like hugs, and they help.
