I started doing Wii Fit again (in addition to walking so I'm getting different types of exercises so I'm not getting bored). It's a way better way of keeping track of things than I would be on my own, anyway. I can't figure out how to log in the activities log stuff I do on past days, though. I swear I used to be able to do that

and 4 pounds is exciting! don't knock that! i have a work friend that is doing some program for weight loss, and she started buying herself treats every time she lost 10 pounds, to keep it exciting. She has a bracelet and gets herself a new charm every 10 pounds. I'm pretty sure she's lost 170 pounds... and I think she still has 50 to go before she reaches her target. but knowing that she has a treat coming every 10 pounds keeps her motivated to keep going.
