New Moon

Of all the mass-media productions to date, I don't believe I've ever actually been embarrassed for the sake of a movie quite so much as I am now for New Moon. It's amusing. It's hilarious. It's freaking awful, and it makes me cringe to think about anyone being involved with making it. Lol ( Read more... )

Dakota Fanning's in the movie? I didn't know that.

You know, I'm pretty sure probably didn't care about the overall quality so long as the movie makes fangirls excited. The brainwashed masses of fangirls that are split into groups spending all day trying to figure out whether vampires or werewolves are hotter, I mean. I'm sure there are fangirls that still capable of dissecting the movie like you just did. :P (Right? No? Anybody?)

But yeah, I mean, I don't think it was ever intended to be anything other than what it is, but I guess they probably could have gone about things better than they did. Note that I haven't seen the movie, but I'm agreeing with you anyway. :P

And um, why are you listening to the soundtrack if it bothers you so much? :P (see: your current music)

Oh, I understand it perfectly, but I do need to get a message saying so before I can attempt to decipher it. :P

But fine, I guess I have no excuse now that my internet's back up. >_>

Yeah, well even so, it was annoying. Twilight wasn't that bad, and the books were okay - there was potential to go in a different (re: better) direction, but it was just... Painful to watch. Silly fangirls and their silly non-caringness-for-anything-good-about-a-movie.

I was listening to the soundtrack because I was watching the movie whilst posting :P
