The elephant in the room, indeed. I wondered if Vic was going to show up in this part of the 'verse. I'm glad that Lindsay is playing it cool for now, but who the hell knows when she'll let things slip -- or do it on purpose.
Another wonderful udpate, sweetie. See ya in a few days! :-)
Must be hormones kicking in because the end made me teary up. Just this week I watched the "Pride ep" again, hadn't seen it for so long and declared it to one of my faves. And in your twisted wicked ways you made it just as good as in the show
( ... )
Awww. I do like the Pride episode, too, Brian's all caring and lovely in that one. :-)
Lindsay is a difficult character to like. Although, in this chapter she didn't do anything, if you think about it. She has a right to feel upset with Brian. It's not as if she forced him and they're supposed to be friends. But still, can't bring myself to like or even pity her either. Let's just agree we hate her. :-D
Justin probably thinks that Brian doesn't notice anything about him. But we know that he's far more observant than he seems, don't we? Especially when it's about Justin.
I think you may have mentioned how much you like this verse, but I'll put up with hearing it again. *sighs heavily*
I'm looking forward to Monday. My favorite scene is in that chapter. But still, no advent present. :-)
Thank you for leaving a comment, I do love them, as you know.
In canon I could never make up my mind, if Brian knew he loved Justin and denied it or if he was really clueless. Gale was always so subtle about it. Love him.
I like that you have Brian actually noticing the withdrawal of Justin and so Brian like not understanding why lol. At times Brian is so chicken shit with emotions and so dam brave in other areas it is almost laughable. I really enjoyed this chapter as a reminder of the Pride episode I have not watched it in awhile
Brian notices things, he just doesn't know what it means most of the time. His view is so different that it's difficult for him to work it out. Poor thing.
Brian has certainly got attached over time or maybe right from the beginning. He's testing Justin, but I think it's on a subconscious level and then he watches carefully to see how Justin reacts. I tink it's a matter of trust. He doesn't quite trust Justin to stick with him.
As for Justin, it must be difficult to think that he understands Brian, but then Brian does things and Justin starts wondering. One of the pitfalls of not ever talking about the relationship, I suppose.
Thank you for your lovely comment, Gina. It's always fun to hear your views.

Brian loving Justin without really knowing that he loves him is always a favorite of mine.
