You're not dumb at all, my friend. I do remember going over this after I finished and tweaking some sentences to make them more obscure. I'm evil like that. It definitely seems like it's only obvious to me. And I'm cheating because I've read the later chapters already. :-)

I am really enjoying this story. I love the twists you've put on canon elements and the mystery aspect. Daphne is a rock, as always. She's a good friend to Justin. I don't know how you're going to wean Ethan, but I agree with Daphne about s him.
