So much for evolution, I say.

And how can these sluts press charges against the mayor? He did the wrong thing, but they still voluntarily had sex with him - it's not like he said, "have sex with me or I'll cut your water supply off" - they would have had to come up to him and say, "my water supply's being cut off and I have no money". What sort of solution could they have expected - free water for nothing?!
