I'm stealing borrowing this meme from
willow_wand and

Open the calendar of your livejournal and post the first sentence of the first post of each month. That is your year in review.
January - Happy Birthday wishes go out today to the fantastic
shyshutterbug!
February - First I'd like to thank everyone who tried to help me out with the dilemma in my last post.
March - Happy Birthday wishes go out today to
shygryf!
April - Happy Birthday wishes go out to two of my favorite people today... (I'm beginning to see a theme here! ;)
May - So, three months after getting the best boss in the world back, she being pulled--almost literally--from my store.
June - I took two vacation days this week, deliberately backing them up against the holiday so I've had a five-day weekend.
July - I am currently on day three of my second long weekend this year.
August - It was bound to happen sooner or later, but what an odd experience it turned out to be.
September - Even though it was a shortened work-week for me, I had a tough week.
October - So, the final word in the incident where a customer hit Aida over a coupon is as follows:
November - Can I just say, I hate it when the candidate(s) I vote for lose?
December - For Chicagoans and Cubs fans, yesterday was a day of sadness as we learned and mourned the death of former Cubs third baseman and current radio announcer, Ron Santo.
Wow...I've had a really boring year...

On the plus side, Booker has been adopted (Fastest one yet!) and will be going to his forever home tomorrow. I think we're supposed to get a dog named Chloe next, but I don't know when.
