In reality, I like a good solid performance review. Sherri (the Res Life lady at Wilson) is really professional and does performance reviews that are really good and transparent so we know what criticism is coming our way, and she gives us a lot of feedback on how to fix things. She has changed my requirements on performance reviews and job expectations forever. I hope that your review this week is similar and awesome, even if it's not all positive.
