Renovations

In a way, renovations, at least.  I have a new layout that I think is much more harmonious than the last one, and it has tag clouding, a feature of metadata I appreciate very much.  It's right up there with folksonomies!

Yum yum. The imageboard Danbooru showed me the awesomenss of tag clouding. Now I can look up pictures with swords, black hair and explosions!

Is this related to your internship? o_o I thought you were alphabetizing legal documents.

Not really, but we of course study metadata at school. You didn't seriously think all we did was learn how to circulate books, I hope?

Oh yeah, I know it's more than that. Remember, I'm the one who was babbling about semantic search engines and taxonomies a while ago! The impression I got, however, was that your talents and education were sorely underused in the internship. So when you come out with "omgtagging" I was genuinely surprised! o.o

I still fail to see how the two are that interrelated, but I'd say that the internship is fairly representative of the work I'll be doing. It's tedious much of the time, but there are moments that make it worth it. And, at least for me, those moments become more frequent the further up in the ranks I move.

Thanks! That's what I liked. It just makes everything look cleaner, I think.
