I mean come on, I could go on. This is the easy stuff. Everyone uses qualifiers, if Bush doesn't then it just goes to show how simple minded he is. Obviously it's easier to get your message out by using simple terms, but there are simple things and there are complicated things, and being the president (and policy issues in general) is one of the complicated things.
