So I'm a little energy-drained lately because my fucking heat keeps going out -- please note, the heat actually seems to work fine but either there's something wrong with the thermostat so that it doesn't turn on unless I power cycle it, or it keeps blowing a fuse, because the only way I have figured out to get it to come back on is to go outside

When it came to resetting the circuit breakers I ragequit and just set it to 90 degrees for about an hour. It's turned on again. (...I, uh, didn't leave it at 90 degrees. I actually prefer being too cold to being too hot.) Hoping the landlords will take a look at it tomorrow and figure out what it is.
