my boss has promised me benefits for 7 months now. Doesn't look like they are coming soon. People hired after I asked for benefits are now starting to get them.

he says he wants me to stay but he does nothing to try and keep me.

Here's what you do: leave a copy of your resume in the photocopier (as if you'd taken a bunch of copies and forgotten the original) or in the printer (as if you'd printed out a copy and forgotten to grab it)

he would probably just get pissy about me using company resources. He has never really shown any remorse about people leaving. he blames them for a lack of company loyalty.
