There are lots of people on my friendslist/circle/whatever we call it now who like yarn and can do cool things with it. I like yarn, but find myself completely stymied by a) knitting in general (I need more hands!) and B) crocheting granny squares. Or maybe for that last one, it's just reading the damn directions, because it is literally written

OMG that actually makes sense. I wasn't getting where to do the double crochets and I was ending up with a blob of tangled yarn instead of anything resembling a patterned square. Thank you!
