I start the new job this morning. I'm a little nervous, kind of excited. I think that once I'm there, and I settle in a little bit things will be good. It might take me until later this week to feel 'settled in' though

Maybe I should just unscrew the walls of my cube and eat cheetos and play tetris.

Strangely enough this is the first time I've ever worked in a cube-ville and it smacks of Office Space.

I'm working at Compugen in Chatham. They do all the computer stuff for Union Gas. It's a pretty intense place to be. Security abounds. I have to have my little badge-swipey-thingie to get in every door.

And thank you for the luck-vibes. I feel like I might need them still.

Well I took chocolate muffins and added peanut butter and peanut butter chips to them.

But now that I've told you... I'll have to kill you.

I thought about that, but I figured if anyone had a peanut allergy they'd know enough to stay away from unchecked baked goods.
