Hmmm good question. I kinda wish I could remember the albums now. I'm trying to remember the ones as a kid that influenced me the most because now I've just heard so many albums its hard for one to influence me as much.
Blink 182- Enema of the state.
Ac/Dc - Back in Black
Megadeth - Countdown to Extinction
Everclear - Learning How to Smile
Mettalica- the black Album
Korn - Issues
Frank Zappa - Strictly Commercial
Rancid - Outcome the Wolves
Weezer- The Blue Album
Jimi Hendrix - Experience Hendrix
Leftover Crack - Fuck World Trade

These albums i actually owned there is so much more music, but I never owned the album or I obtained it illegally and that just isn't the same as spending up your hard on cash on an album just so you can listen to it again and again and... again. And Mp3's definately change things.

Good calls on all of them. It definitely shows how different genres have different seminal albums. But it's interesting to see how The Blue Album has ended up on pretty much everyone our age's list.

I got into Experience Hendrix fairly late and I thought I was a real poseur for being really introduced to Hendrix via a greatest hits album. But hey, he died LONG before we were ever around, right?

Blue Album and Pinkerton WERE the albums for our generation. It's kind of strange. And I listened to The Blue Album last night and it TOTALLY holds up.

BFF's Whatever And Ever was really the album that let me know there was more to pop than what was on the radio.

And I think that Give Up is an EXCELLENT call because it really opened my eyes to what can be done with two very different influences. It was like the granddaddy to the mash-up.

Kanye's first album is great too.

You've got good taste Faith. I miss you too. I'm pissed that I didn't get to see you before you took off on your grand adventure.

And you should keep in touch!

3.)The Postal Service- Give Up
4.) Weezer- The Blue Album
5.) Frou Frou- Details

It seems that everyone loves the Blue Album. Too bad Weezer is terrible now.
