Okay, so in an effort to waste less/spend less (something I am continually failing at) I cleaned out the pantry last week to see if we could forego grocery shopping for a while and just use everything we've got first. Unfortunately, we threw out an entire box of canned goods. Including--I kid you not--two cans of tomato soup that expired in Jan.

Can you send me the recipe for the red pepper pesto? I have a ton of garlic, and we could put it on pasta or on pizza. Bruschetta sounds very tasty, too, and I am definitely going to work on squash casserole... could you pretty please send me that one, too??
