yes, after i sent an email threatening to contact the bbb and to give bad publicity in online queer circles. apparently though, she had just forgotten to send me the confirmation email and had initially incorrectly entered my username, so that's why it wasn't working. she tacked on an extra month for free and apologized profusely, so it's cool.
