For the past 2 days my coffee has been tasting absolutely dreadful. Could this be the end of my addiction? No!!! It cannot be! Coffee is part of my identity (and I get monster headaches if I don't drink it). If I no longer drink coffee, does that mean I'm no longer a coffee drinker? What if I still occasionally drink coffee? Dreadful like how? Too acidic? Maybe the beans are getting stale. Or the water's off.

Yes, I suppose too acidic. It has this sour aftertaste. Maybe you're right about it being stale. Or maybe it has to do with the heat, in that a hot beverage is just not as appealing right now. I don't know.

sadly, the only place to get iced coffee here is starbucks. ack. the part i love is that it's called "iced americano." if you order an Eiskaffee anywhere else, you get coffee with ice cream in it.
