today in my sociology class somehow the topic of how hofstra is #1 for unhappiest students came up. my teacher was amazed...which amused me. and she concluded that they must've determined this b/c of the high transfer rate, and so she and the class spent like 10 min trying to figure out WHY people would want to transfer out of hofstra ( Read more... )

i love that the people who are close to me are always honest w/ me, but sometimes i wish people would lie and tell me they think i have a chance at getting out of hofstra. cuz i just need to hear that, and i need to get out of here...and when you're trying your hardest and doing everything you can, it just kinda sucks when it's not good enough.
