I saw it in an 80% full theater last night and all I can say is it has lived up to what you have been hearing. Yeah, I could quibble about some stuff and overly-flashy CGI melts my brain sometimes (part of the reason I have avoided the TRANSFORMER movies) but on the whole it was the best mix of comedy, action and homage I have see in a LONG time.

I just got back from it and it was amazing. Way better than I anticipated (since Hollywood has raped some really good things).
