I was fiddling around with my settings and found out how to look at all the potential lemon moods. It turns out, "determined" looks the same as "drunk"... i.e, like a constipated pirate lemon. So it's not some brave little lemon who's had a nasty run-in with the zester. He's determined... to make off with yer booty!
