Saturday weigh-in!

Hooray!  Well, this week I did a much better job of sticking to my guns, as it were.  My goal for the week was to not lose control, which I managed to do - I'm not saying I was perfect, but I did a good job of being moderate.  For example, there were free cupcakes in the lounge all week, and I only ate two, on two different days.  I ate at ( Read more... )

I'm very happy for you but feel awful..I've only lost 26 lbs since August 15th :( You doing cardio or something? Whatever it is it's a amzing!! Pointers pretty please???

Please don't feel bad! I think the point of having communities like 100pounds2lose and making friends like we have is to support each other as much as we can as we all try to do something that's incredibly difficult. I don't know why exactly this is going so well for me, but... I just don't think that progress should be measured relatively. You and I are both making progress and achieving our goals... there's no question of "more" or "less ( ... )

I agree! I love having such a supportive community!

I've got a reaaally low thyriod. Last time, it was 0.63. But my doctor says that it;s still in the "normal" range. I personally think it's time to find another doc, or a specialist. THyriod issues are tricky apparently.

I'm happy because I've noticed I finally dropped some inches, I thought I was platueing but noppers! Now it's fat burning off, which is norm the body makes those adjustments. Thanks for noticing the difference! :D I get bored easily so with biking and running, I have less of a chance of messing up! Your doing really great too!
