Hooray! Well, this week I did a much better job of sticking to my guns, as it were. My goal for the week was to not lose control, which I managed to do - I'm not saying I was perfect, but I did a good job of being moderate. I've got a reaaally low thyriod. Last time, it was 0.63. But my doctor says that it;s still in the "normal" range. I personally think it's time to find another doc, or a specialist. THyriod issues are tricky apparently.
I'm happy because I've noticed I finally dropped some inches, I thought I was platueing but noppers! Now it's fat burning off, which is norm the body makes those adjustments. Thanks for noticing the difference! :D I get bored easily so with biking and running, I have less of a chance of messing up! Your doing really great too!
