You can do it! It's really amazing how your body adapts to running! For me the point was week 5 day 3 (the 20 minute run). I was so proud after that that I went and bought myself an Ipod so that my music would be lighter and better to run outside with.

Thanks! Yes, w5d3 is very scary, although I'm now at a point where I can at least imagine myself finishing it (maybe not the first time, but that wouldn't be the end of the world).

I like the idea of giving myself a reward for finishing it, especially something like a new iPod or new shoes or something; like, "yes, I'm a runner now, I need these things".
