Ha ha! I was just moving my cursor around my computer screen, and I realized that my cat was eyeing the arrow with great interest. His eyes were darting back and forth, so I started swirling it around, and his head was moving and following it all over the screen. I needed that laugh! Absolutely hilarious. Silly cat. :) That's great. Forte will do that, too. Except she then tries to bat at the screen. Hehe.

I think Cougar (our cat) was too tired to bat at the screen. He can get pretty lazy. Dumb-butt he is. He loves to stand right in front of the monitor and block my view, and then he'll come and sit on the keyboard tray, and try to lick my fingers as I type. So so odd. He's like a dog in the body of a cat.

Thanks so much for your prayers! It's such an unexpected strain. Ah well, I was reading a book last night that made me think of you! More later! :o)

Actually, I think you'd appreciate his full name. Cougar Mozart Don Giovanni Butthead. ;o)

We wanted to name him Mozart when we got him (and I was going for Don Giovanni because it's a Mozart opera AND because this cat is the most affectionate cat I've ever known - he's such a Don Juan, you know?). The foster name (he came from a foster-home-type shelter) he came with was Cougar, used only to differentiate him from the other cats. Well, we tried to call him the other names first, but Cougar just stuck. Sadly. Ugh! So, we interchange the names and he's okay with that. :o)

He's a big black baby - and whoever first called him Cougar, well, cougars aren't black, are they? What kind of feline is that? Hmm...I need to check up on that.
