2 new songs

I've posted a couple new songs on Soundclick.  Well, one new song and a remake of another.

Rise of the Dark Faeries is the one I'm much more excited about.  I think it is one of my best pieces to date.

Koto Duet is a quite old song of mine, actually, but the original version I posted didn't even have  a "koto" sound; it was just an edited guitar ( Read more... )

Jim... If you don't call Rise of THe Dark Faeries beautiful, I don't know what is. IT"S GREAT. IT'S GREAT. IT'S LIKE FROM SOME TOLKIENVERSE. IT'S LIKE A SONG FOR THE PEOPLE OF GONDOLIN.

It's filled with mystery, stored energy ready to burst, Gold and Green forest, kind but firm inhabitants... This is too good. I haven't heard music like this since ages.

Koto Duet is nice. Refreshing, cool running water, somewhere in a valley, not too warm nor too cold climate, a bit on the rural side. I love this. I wonder if there's a longer version to it???

I know this may sound rude, but can I download them??? especially Rise of THe Dark Faeries??? I won't steal them from you, no worries.

Aww, thanks! :D I really like your descriptions, and what you say about Koto Duet is actually a lot like what I imagine, too. Even was considering some more descriptive titles for it that I thought evoked rural Japanese country side....

And I just dug up your email on Facebook. I'll email you the MP3s. I could switch the songs over to let you download them on soundclick, but the quality of the MP3s would be much lower than my originals.

THankies. Unfortunately, the friends I see day to day don't appreciate music without lyrics. Sucks to be them. Though I think my dad would like it though. :D
