Actually yes there is :) They really do care about Rachel, but they're too caught up in their work to notice what's going on. Maybe Quinn can change that...

yay you updated. i love where this is heading :) i just hope rachel finds a way to communicate what's really going on but yay for her and quinn finally being in a better place. maybe she'll start to open up to quinn more and tell her before she cuts.

Yay I'm glad you're loving it! Quinn knows Rachel will eventually tell her, and Rachel knows she's not fooling Quinn. At this point it's really up to Rachel to decide when to let Quinn in, but she's pretty much made up her mind to tell her.
