No wall mounted a/c unit? Or just too much hassle to install?

Too much hassle. I considered a portable unit but those things are expensive, plus way bigger then I expected the to be.

The window unit should be fine its just having it plugged into the same outlet as my desk is not such a good idea.

I've been wanting to move my desk to the other side of the room anyway but always put it off because of how much work it's going to require to move everything but now I don't have much choice if I want to be able to run ac and much of anything on my desk at the same time.

I guess I'll just get started with doing a little at a time. Like tonight I can start gathering up all my little display items into boxes and maybe start taking certain things off my desk to prepare for moving it and hopefully by the weekend I have everything all cleared off so I can try to get my family help move the actual furniture and then I can put everything back up after that

Oh yeah kind of negected to think about that factor. I think I even heard somewhere that 40% of a mattresses weight after 10 years is dead skin cells and dust mite waste. Ewww!

I think a new mattress sounds like a very good idea. I may try a futon (actual japanese one not the couch ones, those aren't very comfortable) for now since I do want to try to get my act together in the next year or so and see about moving out on my own anyway.
