The internet is teh sux today. Practically NOTHING happened over night. Beh. How boring. But I wrote more. So here's Chapter Two. HAHA.

Title: Breaking the rules
Author: kageru13
Band: Alice Nine
Rating: PG-13 for mention of stabbing people with sharp objects
Disclaimer: I don’t own Alice nine. If I did, I wouldn’t be here writing fanfics about them. I’d be directing porn. The two original characters however, Satomi + Mikiko, I do own. Haha. :D This is all fictional, none of this actually happened.
Notes: Shortish chapter. w00.

Chapter Two

It was a way into Alice Nine’s live, and everything was going perfectly. Hiroto was perking up a little, as he decided his bad feeling earlier was obviously wrong. No one had made any mistakes, the audience were enthusiastic and everything was going right.
Then something caught his eye.
Someone actually. A girl if you want to be specific. She wasn’t particularly pretty. But she certainly wasn’t ugly. She was shorter than a lot of the other girls, and had long dark blue extensions in her hair. She wasn’t cosplaying like a lot of the others either. Hiroto blinked, but kept on staring directly at her. And then missed a chord. He could feel a couple of his bandmates stare at him, so he quickly tore his eyes away from that girl and concentrated on catching up with how the music was supposed to go.

Did Hiroto-san just look right at me? Mikiko thought, No, he couldn’t have… I’m just imagining things.
“Hey, are you okay?” she heard Satomi screech at her over the music. Mikiko smiled nervously and nodded to her. Satomi smiled back and carried on bouncing along with the rest of the crowd. Mikiko looked back to the band on the stage. Hiroto wasn’t looking at her now. Instead he was watching his guitar, with a very stern and concentrated look on his face.
Yep, just imagining things, Mikiko thought to herself sadly.

“Great job, guys!” that annoying voice piped up. Hiroto muttered about wanting access to sharp objects suitable for stabbing people in the face.
“Hey, Hiroppon, what was up with that bit in Yuri wa Aoku Saite?” Tora said, slinging an arm round Hiro’s shoulders.
“Er, I dunno… Just lost concentration for a moment I guess,” Hiroto said quietly. His thoughts drifted back to that girl. He had no idea why he kept thinking about her.
“Right. Just make sure it doesn’t happen again, k?” Tora ruffled Hiro’s hair to make sure he knew he wasn’t too mad at him.
Hiroto sighed softly and stepped inside his dressing room, closing the door behind him.
“Godamnit. Get out of my head,” he muttered as he got out some wipes and starting rubbing his makeup off. How was this girl different to any of the others? There had been loads of girls around, hundreds even. There were always hundreds of girls at their lives. Prettier ones too, so why was this one refusing to leave his mind? Hiro huffed and murmured something about sharp objects again.

“Earth to Mikiko! Quit zoning out!”
Mikiko’s eyes snapped to her friend.
“Why do you keep doing that?” Satomi snapped.
“Doing what?”
“Zoning out. You keep staring out the window without blinking. It’s creepy.”
“I’m sorry. Just thinking about the live. We should go see them again. They were really good,” Mikiko said, with a faint zombie-vibe in her voice.
Satomi raised an eyebrow at her, “Um. Right. Seriously though, what’s wrong? Did something happen to you when I wasn’t looking?”
“Oh, no. Nothing.”
“Really, Mikiko… Listen, I’ve been your bestest friend for a long time. And I know when you’re lying. And right now… you’re lying.”
You’ve also been my bossiest friend… Mikiko mused.
“Okay, fine. At the live, did you notice if Hiroto looked at me at all?”
Satomi looked at her friend blankly for a moment, before saying, “Wow, Mikiko, I didn’t know you could so fangirl-ish sometimes. They look at everyone. We’re the audience. They’re the band. It’s how stuff works.”
“I know… but… it was for a while.”
“… Right. Gee, Mikiko, you can be such a fangirl.”
Mikiko huffed, folded her arms and looked back out the window of the bus they were still on, trying to get home. She loved her friend very much, but sometimes, well… most of the time, she wasn’t very supportive. And she was such an ‘elite fan’. No fangirling allowed with Satomi. To be honest, Mikiko was beginning to think she had imagined the whole thing, and it had only been a glance. Oh how she wished Jrockers weren’t so damn adorable.

Notes: How stupid is that last line? *shoots self* Ah well. What do you think? Is it good enough to post onto communities? =/
