i saw one last night!!!!! it was my first one. pretty damn exciting. however, it wasn't what i'd imagined. in the movies or tv, the shooting star aways goes across the sky nice and slow. well the one last night just zoomed down. dissipated in like 2 seconds. like a firework. i didn't even have time to make a wish!

i don't think you ever get enough time to make a wish!! i think you have to do that afterwards. we should definitely check out the meteor showers sometime (the ones in the summer :) ) You see SOOO many, and you'd definitely get your fill of shooting stars!!

i saw a shooting star on one of those days, too! crazy! i thought i was seeing things, but i guess not!

i like to keep an eye out for them, but this one I couldn't miss. I also like to look out for four-leaf clovers (psst, i like your icon). Maybe one day there will be something lucky at eye-level to look for, so we won't have to strain our necks scanning the ground or sky.
