*laughs* My ramblyness is more a sign of a disorganised mind than anything else. The more time I have to construct an argument, the shorter and shorter it gets, as it becomes more organised and to the point. When writing a 20-page paper, my first draft is usually about 30 pages, and then I just edit and edit (without ostensibly trying to reduce size) and it magically comes down to 20 pages.

My disorganised mind is also why I often write in huge sentences. I have so much information that I want to get down and seems connected that I try to do it all at once.

My disorganised mind also helps, though. Because of it, I often make connections between things that others don't see right away.

Also, I forgot my cell phone @ my parents. Call me at home (613-523-4206) if you need me. I have a birthday party to attend Saturday morning (lydia_lynch is turning 3!) which should last until about 1. I'm hoping to be home by 2, and I have a little bit of cleaning to do, so why don't you call me about 2:45 to specify a time we should meet? If I'm not ( ... )

Wow Greg, I've never seen a thread as long as that other one, but then again I don't surf the net as much as you do. I'm not even going to bother posting my 2 cents, just because that thread was so long. You know what I'm going to say already anyways...Love and lust can exist separately, but many times they don't. There are many precepts that individuals and society holds about gender, prejudice, love, etc. We use them as an anchor, the assumptions to which we draw logical conclusions based on empirical evidence and rationality: they often help us get through the day, but cloud our minds to what we all know as truth; experience. For me, the experience is the best teacher, without grasping onto whatever preconceptions exist, one can only hope to experience a pure "love". Even this is an assumption and an argument to the logical mind, but I guess I'll just say it, and keep trying to experience things on my own.
