Monochrome online portfolios rock - very DA, very clean. But, the sad thing is, the majority of visitors to your portfolio are still word of mouth through networking. Linking and spamming, unfortunately, do not result in more visitors. You have to rely on old-school talking to people. In person.

Having a business card with your portfolio == winning the internet.

Oh, for sure. You can't rely on people to google you up until you're damn famous. But it's impossible to get people to look at your portfolio until it's up there, right ( ... )

If thats the way you want to go, my store could do those for you. 4x6s are dirt cheap, just make up a few (or one, and just have multiple copies made).

We're almost as cheap as Walmart, but without the suckage in quality... But, yes, that's a great idea for a low yield. And great for visual artists because photobusiness cards show so much more detail than regular spot colour cards.
