What's the interactive part?

Are you sticking with the Choose Your Own Story paradigm of story progression? (not implying there's something wrong with that -- it's fair game and was almost what I ended up doing)

Yeah. It's a little more than just picking a direction, as the choices will be implied by not explicitly stated, and I'm still considering having some options you have to 'fight' with or have them default.

I'm not much of a horror enthusiast, but I have a solid knowledge of plotting and timing, and I'd be eager to help you out.

There's a German movie called 'M'. It's by Fritz Lang, and stars a young Peter Lorre as a child murderer. It's more a suspense movie than anything else, and its pacing is not so good, but there are some parts of the movie that are just scary as hell.

Fritz Lang did Metropolis, didn't he? That would be a super old movie (ie. black & white and silent)... unless you're talking about another Fritz Lang.

It is that Fritz Lang, and it is old. It has sound, though.
