Kikon necklace - ordering difficulties

As you may have seen, the white version has sold out. If you ordered one while they were still available and have not yet received a confirmation email, your order was probably cancelled.

I enquired about this and they told me there had been some delay in updating the site to take the product down, so my order for it wasn't placed.

Wait, didn't you say you get an email from shiki shop after you ordered?

If you got a confirmation email right after you placed your order, that means your order went through.

If you can't read Japanese, feel free to pm me your email from shiki shop or post it here, and I'll tell you what it says.

oh... I read the entry wrong?
I thought when you didn't get an invoice by now and ordered on the 10th it would have been canceled?

I also wrote an email in japanese and english to them but that was over 3 days ago and nothing happened.
So I am confused.

So probably I will get 2blacks and white versions now...

I already payed the shopping service for this... So when I get the invoice from shiki shop, will I be able to cancel the order? or do I have to pay that, too?

(perhaps a chance for one of you, who didn't get one 8D)

this kind of thing happens, when you can't wait :/ I am stupid (but I really wanted to have those ;_;)

As long as you received the automatic confirmation email (not the invoice) your order was fine!

Since you went through a shopping service, I don't know how easy it will be to cancel a duplicate order...I've never used a shopping service, so maybe someone else can help out here? D:

Okay, I ordered now via shopping service in japan.
I hope they are quick enough.

I really hate it that gaijin fans are disadvantaged, really.
There are people who supported even crow in the old days, and no need to talk about supporting kagrra, for years =.= I am really pissed, that they keep that for japanese only now.

Um, that probably wasn't necessary.

The new stock just went up yesterday, and it was the middle of the night in Japan (I just woke up). I think whoever runs/updates the English site hasn't had time to do it yet.

If the new stock is not on the foreign site within the next two days or so then yes, we all have reason to be pissed. But to tell the truth, I guarantee those necklaces will not sell out unless they open up orders to foreign fans.

And if anyone else desperately, desperately wants to order right this second I suggest you email shiki shop first... they have all the equipment to take Paypal etc so there's no reason why they should refuse you (and at the very least, emailing them will let them know that we foreign fans still want to place orders).

FTR, the reason I keep saying "email shiki shop" over and over again is because the only reason they are selling these Kikon exclusive goods to the public in the first place is because fans emailed and asked them to.

They DO read their email and they DO listen to their fans. Isshi always did, as well.

If they don't put the stock up on the English site sometime today, please email them and politely(!) ask them why.

After days of stalking my e-mail...I finally received the invoice!

I ordered at around 9AM on the 9th, USA time, so that makes it the 10th Japan time. XD

But yeah, if you've received a confirmation e-mail then you have nothing to worry about. :DDDD

Posting just in case anyone's in the same boat:

When I placed my order, the invoice didn't have all the items listed, just the first one. The total was correct, but the list wasn't. I got an email asking what I ordered. After a couple of days, I got my invoice and it included both white and black necklaces.

So, if your order got messed up, check with them if you haven't heard from them already as it looks like you may still get your necklace.
