Hmmmmm.

Life's been....interesting lately.

I joined ROTC instead of CWTS (ROTC: Military training; CWTS: Social work) because I love the military--and it's all thanks to Full Metal Panic and Fullmetal Alchemist. The discipline, the "Sir permission to sound off sir!" before you speak, and the training. I want to build up my stamina, and I want to ( Read more... )

Best reason to do ROTC: When wartime comes, you won't be a frontliner :D

I WANTED TO DO ROTC TOO, pero loser ang Bio dept. So there were, like, some people na sa College of Human Kinetics ang CWTS nila, at ang trabaho lang nila is to sign the attendance cards of the students in the Cheerleading class who had to attend the games O___________o

Hahahaa but we're next in line after the Reserve who are next in line after the ordinary forces who are next in line after the special forces. XD (OMG I forgot the right terminology)

Seriously? Sa UP pala iba-iba ang CWTS kada college? Kasi sa DLSU naiiba lang CWTS and ROTC 'pag varsity ka or part ka ng kahit anong arts group like pep or dance group.

Masaya ROTC sempai ;D After ng unang seryosong training day super sakit ng katawan.

Yeap. I'm thankful that three of my closest friends are guys--they give a totally different perspective on things. I need to get used to the manly talks (aka sex and girls) but yeah. XD

Oooh. That caught my eye. Your university allows women to join the ROTC? I read before that it wasn't allowed. Augh, I'm so behind on everything. -sigh-

I study in De La Salle University, and according to the Navy people who help out in our training sessions, DLSU has the most number of female cadets :D

Some schools do not have ROTC too, like Miriam College. :|
