 Today I am giving myself good deed credit for not calling someone a douchebag.  There is this uber punk over on the nice_veg*an comm...she's a douchebag and is pisssing me off!  But I did not engage, so therefore, I get credit!

 Sometimes it seems that self -respect comes at a high price.  

I just ate drank a protein shake that has tons of good for you stuff in it....it didn't taste bad exactly, but it left me with the heebie jeebies.  I'm still heebie jeebing as I type...

I'll drink another one later and see what I think then.  It may just be all in my head since I had a bad experience with the last brand I bought.

I am very emotional right now, but I'm not sure why.  Since it is Sept. 11, I am wondering if my memories are causing the emotional-ness and my mind just isn't attaching the emotion to the event.  Or it could just be hormones.  Who knows...
