Floating down memory watercourse

I went out on a Delta Cruise yesterday with a group.  It was windy but pleasant, and the chop was not bad at all.  There were only a few sailboats out, which surprised me.  It was good weather for sails. our captain thought that most of them probably had gone upstream to the Sacto Jazz Festival.  The few we saw carried interesting flags:  blue
