Well, my Alaskan Malamute has been staying at my parents lately so he'll have round the clock supervision, his health has been deteriorating but hes been in good spirits and hasnt complained any. Well, I checked on him this morning, and he seemed ok, responsive and all, the usual. Parents call midday say hes not good. I get home, he responds to me ( Read more... )

I hope that your pup lasts as long as he can...I just lost mine to a prolonged illness day before yesterday, it is so hard to say goodbye...but sounds like yours will be holding on a bit longer.

unfortunately no he passed about 5am yesterday morning :(

aw gosh, I am so sorry to hear that. As I said, my dog just died as well...that is him in my icon. I know what you are going through...it is so tough to lose a beloved family member. Just think of the good times and know that he knew he was loved.

Sorry to hear of your loss as well *hugs* Mine was a month away from being 12 yo
